The days flies
I never really noticed how fast the days go by. It's already May. 'O's will be coming soon. Then after that, it's either I go Poly, Laselle, Shatec or retain sec4 to retake 'O's. Let's just say I make it to Poly/Laselle/Shatec, so after finishing that, where to next?
Everyone is thinking of after O's, but I'm thinking after Poly or where ever I'll be going, then what? What will I do? Find a job? Further studies? Try to get into a University or something? Overseas study? Part-time job, full-time job? Where would I go next? Will I excel? I'm worried.
And I'm also bloody annoyed. A lot of my friends in MSN has got a virus that keeps sending me websites. It's so irritating! I don't even talk to some of these people, roarrrr.
On to a lighter note, I can't wait to get things over and done with, but I don't want to grow up so fast. I haven't had my fun yet, I haven't messed around with other people and kicked enough adult butt yet! I haven't dated a single soul, I haven't drank enough alcohol (kidding, I'm never touching that horrible stuff again), I haven't loss enough money gambling during CNY ( kidding about this too:D), I haven't had a taste of being on the rebound, on the bad side. JOKE! Haha. I haven't gotten enough piercings yet! Another joke. But you get what I mean. I don't want to ever forget this period of my life. Somehow, I know it's the best part of life- you're young, foolish, stupid and yet can get away with almost anything; the part where you defy the rules, find yourself, experience life, relax and enjoy.
I don't want to grow old.
Sure, it'd be nice to find my soulmate, get married, have smelly children I won't even take care( kidding!) but I honestly prefer being free. Not tied down to a job I don't like, not being serious all the time, going to places I'll never want to go as an adult. Run around like a mad lady, catching a snowflake on my tongue, dancing in the rain, playing the swings and slides, kissing a dog's nose, pushing someone in the sea. Imagine an adult doing that, it's seriously weird. I don't want to grow up. I sound freakishly childish but isn't that the best part of growing up?
People tell you they still remember when they were our age, but do they really? Or have they forgotten how fun it was to violate a person's privacy in the toilet ( kidding:D), birthday bashing other people, throwing water bombs at a teacher ( joke!) and losing your handphone/wallet every now and then. Teen years, I don't want to waste them.
